The scam 1992 is the largest scam in the history of indian stock market. It was a market manipulation carried out by Harshad shantilal Mehta with other bankers on BSE (Bombay stock exchange). The scam caused significant disruption to the Indian stock market.         Harshad Mehta born in a ordinary middle class family, on the year 1954 in rajkot, Gujarat. Oil prices are punching a hole in consumers’ pockets but the government doesn’t seem keen on stopping the upward spiral *On July 1, petrol was delivered at pumps for Rs 39.30 per litre. Gita Gopinath to become first deputy managing director of International Monetary Fund (IMF). Gita Gopinath will take over from Geoffrey Okamoto, who is currently in charge, in the event of his resignation early next year.  Gita Gopinath is currently the chief Economist of the IMF. Air India has its origin as Tata Air services later renamed to Tata Airlines founded by J.R.D Tata of Tata sons, an Indian aviator and business tycoon.
