In human life , health is most important thing. Health is includes both physical and mental health. We can improve our health by engaging daily activities like yoga exercises. Not only this, workouts, meditation, good food etc. It is possible to create health through sports activities. Sleep is influenced our mood and thinking ability. Another one is food and sleeping.Interest in engaging in all activities and physical beauty are created through this.
Food was mostly influence in health. And another one is drugs and alcohol. We should protect health by not using drugs and other things, that destroy our health.People should be more mindful about their physical and mental affairs. we need a healthy lifestyle and we need a healthy society.
